Great views of the signpost, and the food is good too. Lovely crayfish sandwich and jacket potato for the wife - interesting and very tasty purple slaw on the side - really nice. Service ok?? For the quality of the food, I would prefer not to help myself to cutlery etc - and plenty of staff around to cope with this. Overall pretty good though

We last came to Café Groats around two years ago The food, the atmosphere, the scenery. Nothing disappoints here. The team are helpful. The service is excellent. What more could you want? We had the macaroni cheese and the locally caught fresh crab roll. They were beautiful, extremely fresh even the salad was fresh and exceeded expectations. Thoroughly enjoyed. Would definitely to Café Groats.

At the Northeast tip of Great Britain and just 2.35 miles away from the Northernmost point, Dunnet Head, you will find an amazing cafe/restaurant with excellent food and good service. Along with the incredible view makes this cafe a great spot for all the John o' Groats visitors at any time of the year. You should definitely visit and try the chowder and battered haddock.

Lovely cafe, offering a variety of food and drinks. I had the jacket potato and it came with a side salad and coleslaw and was delish. It allows dogs too. Staff were friendly and helpful.
